EXPERIENCE
Mr. Salvatore concentrates his practice in civil litigation. Mr. Salvatore handles property damage claims for a large communications utility company. Additionally, with years of experience handling the defense of premises liability, product liability, motor vehicle, and general casualty matters, Mr. Salvatore has defended claims involving injuries on construction sites, commercial motor vehicle accidents, and aviation related matters. Mr. Salvatore also focuses on contractual analysis and has handled claims involving insurance coverage disputes, indemnity agreements, and disputes regarding leases. Mr. Salvatore has also successfully defended claims involving workers compensation and the workers compensation bar against civil liability. Mr. Salvatore also handles a number of intellectual property matters including the prosecution of patent applications and applications for trademark and copyright protection.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Andrew Salvatore received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 1990 and his Juris Doctor degree from Widener University in 1994. Mr. Salvatore also received a Master of Biotechnology degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2003.
